The information includes:
A new web page for consumers which provides information and answers to frequently asked questions about the role of a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) and the assistance a LIT is authorized to provide;
Information to help consumers differentiate a LIT from a debt consultant; and
Five insolvency-related videos to help consumers better understand the insolvency process and the insolvency options that are available to them.
